Getting there:

There are regular trains from West Ham (easily accessed from Stratford) direct to Tilbury Town station, with a journey time of 30 mins

The labour part office(tel: 01375 844108) Commonwealth House, 10 Montreal Rd, Tilbury RM18 7QX is a 10 min walk from the station

By road, the journey takes approx 40 minutes. Parking is accessible there.
